However, should your experience fall short of expectation, we are here to assist with care and discretion.
Your Right to Return
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
For your convenience and peace of mind, Maison de Lumière extends this to a 30-day return window.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Exchanges & Refunds
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Should you prefer, we would be delighted to offer an exchange or store credit.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
